De Montfort University, a public research and teaching university in Leicester, has leapt almost a hundred places in Stonewall's Workplace Equality Index to 75th place, entering the list of Top 100 Employers for the first time. The Index is the UK’s definitive list of the most gay-friendly places to work. We talk to them about how they’ve achieved such progress in Diversity and Inclusion.

The seventh annual LGBT network Summer Party took place at the NPG on 16th July as a celebration of a year of equal marriage for same sex couples in the UK and to support the work of the Human Dignity Trust internationally. The Summer Party has become the must-attend event in the LGBT calendar of the City with a high attendance by clients amongst the 400 guests.
